Step 1: Click on this link, You will be redirected to Telecom analytics for fraud management and consumer protection website.

Step 2: Enter your mobile number ( which is active in your name)
Step 3: click on request OTP (one-time-password)
Step 4: Enter OTP and click on validate, If you do not get OTP, click on resend OTP.
Step 5: You will get the list of mobile numbers active on your information or name as shown in the below image.
Step 6: If you notice any number that is not yours the click on this is not my number.
Step 7: If any number in the list is not required then click on "This is my number, not required.
Step 8: Finally after checking all the information click on logout.
